چکیده
Nitrogen (N) plays an important role in marine ecosystems as a biogenic element for phytoplankton. The tidal cycle had major influence on various biogeochemical parameters of the bay and changed nutrients input with ebb flow tide. In this study, we collected samples from Shuidong Bay (SDB) China, August 2021, to explore periodic variations coastal waters during spring neap tides. effects tides different speciation nitrogen SDB exchange fluxes between South China Sea (SCS) were investigated. results indicated that concentrations particulate (PN) N-NO 2 - significantly ( P < 0.05). total (TN) 258.12 ± 89.49 μmol/L 231.77 56.86 μmol/L. During tides, dissolved (TDN) accounted 54.1% 52.2% TN, respectively. addition, organic (DON) 81.4% 69.9% TDN Furthermore, net showed TN transported SCS tide, 37.7 t 8.8 t, flux tide was 4.3 times higher than significant negative correlation observed inorganic (DIN) salinity 0.001 ), DIN mainly influenced by terrestrial sources inputs. A positive 0.01 ) PN Chlorophyll- implied assimilation large number planktonic organisms promoted formation. present revealed variation played regulating N waters, which great implications biogeochemistry water quality improvement SDB.

Temporal and spatial distribution pattern of Bullacta exarata in a tidal flat at south shore of Hangzhou Bay, China
The distribution pattern of Bullacta exarata was studied in different seasons of 2004 at south shore of Hangzhou Bay, China. We found that the distribution pattern of B. exarata was aggregated in each season by Taylor's power regression and Iwao's plot regresses methods (P < 0.001). Based on two-way ANOVA analysis, the results indicated that the densities were significantly affected by the fact...

cement is an essential ingredient in the concrete buildings. for production of cement considerable amount of fossil fuel and electrical energy is consumed. on the other hand for generating one tone of portland cement, nearly one ton of carbon dioxide is released. it shows that 7 percent of the total released carbon dioxide in the world relates to the cement industry. considering ecological issu...

متن کاملSpeciation of Metals and Assessment of Contamination in Surface Sediments from Daya Bay, South China Sea
The contents, speciation, source factors and potential ecological risks of the selected metals (Cr, Ni, Cu, Pb, Zn, Cd and As) were analyzed in surface sediments from Daya Bay (DYB). The results show that, with the exception of Pb, metal concentrations have decreased at all sites over the past decade. The distribution features of these concentrations represent a ring shape that descends from sh...
